Aayur Solutions maintains full HIPAA compliance across all client engagements. Below is what that means operationally for every provider we work with.
Every client engagement begins with a signed BAA. This is not optional — it is a prerequisite to handling any protected health information (PHI) on your behalf. We do not begin accessing billing systems or patient data until a BAA is fully executed.
All PHI is handled through encrypted channels. We do not store patient data on local or personal devices. Access to client billing and practice management systems is role-based and access logs are maintained.
All Aayur team members complete HIPAA awareness training upon onboarding and on an annual basis. Staff members with direct PHI access receive additional privacy and security training specific to their role.
Client system access is granted on a strict need-to-know basis. Credentials are never shared between team members. Access is revoked promptly upon any role change or offboarding.
In the event of a suspected breach, Aayur Solutions follows HIPAA Breach Notification Rule requirements — notifying affected clients promptly and supporting required reporting to relevant authorities.
